40C3: Call for Assemblies

EN DE

tl;dr: Register your assembly before 23 November 2026, 23:42 CET (UTC+0100) on the Hub.

A reboot does you good: this also and in particular applies to the assembly areas of the Chaos Communication Congress. The Hamburg exhibition halls offers more space for assemblies and projects — in contrast to the Congress Center. However, a bit of imagination is required to give this space that certain something. Help us make this space something very special.

Show the world what you do in your hackspaces and what moves you. Work together on projects, look for and find like-minded people, meet old and new friends. Be Model Citizens — or the exact opposite.

Shared Tables

Individual tables distributed throughout the assembly areas are marked as “Shared Tables”. These tables are intended for the quick impulses that arise at the moment and keep the Congress moving. Workshops and sessions, discussions, joint crafting and hacking… These tables are explicitly not intended to be occupied permanently, they are intended to be used for a limited time only.

Assembly, wtf?

Assemblies are groups of beings, for example from hackspaces, clubs, regional groups, interest groups… An assembly is the home base for this groups at the congress.
