35C3: Tickets & Presale

It’s that time of the year again – we’re opening the presale for this year’s Chaos Communication Congress!

Again, there will be two phases, with the first one starting today.
During the first phase, we will to invite the core of our community to participate in the presale.
It will end as soon as no more tickets are left in the pool for this phase, but by 2017-11-07 at the latest.

During the second phase we’ll open the presale to everybody on a number of pre-announced time slots. These dates are:

  • 2018-11-08 12:00 CET
  • 2018-11-11 14:00 CET
  • 2018-11-21 21:00 CET

We’ll offer all tickets for presale. In the unexpected case of not selling all tickets, we’ll offer the rest on-site in Leipzig. We’ll tell you at 2018-12-20 at the latest if this is going to be the case.

We had to raise ticket prices by about EUR 20 compared to last year. In return, a public transport ticket for all of Leipzig (area 110 of MDV) during 35C3 is included in every ticket. As last year, there will also be more frequent tram and bus connections to and from 35C3, especially at night.

To make 35C3 as awesome as possible, we’ll need to reach an average ticket price of EUR 145. We nevertheless decided to start ticket pricing at EUR 120. Please buy a more expensive ticket if you’re able to! You’ll soon find details and a chart plotting the average ticket price of currently sold tickets at https://tickets.events.ccc.de/.

If you were an angel last year, and logged at least 12 hours, and allowed the usage of your email address, you should have received a voucher via email. Please note that this year, the working hour limit is not the same as the T-shirt limit.
