Sadly this year privacy advocate and Twitter-addict Caspar Bowden passed away from us. Last year he held a thought-provoking talk at 31C3 about the FISA surveillance regime. He always used to challenge us with his views and told us about blind spots on our policy map. In memory of Caspar we will discuss what we can do to further his objective of a transatlantic privacy agenda, and will also cast some light on MLATs, and the role of privacy enhancing technology.
