Kidspace is a collaboratively designed area for children, their parents, guardians, and caregivers. It offers space to discover, experiment, build, play, and simply be present—right in the middle of the congress action, yet still child-friendly.

Kidspace is part of CCC culture and is made possible by the commitment and dedication of many families and helping hands. It is an open meeting place where the next generation of nerds, geeks, and chaos can flourish.

Kidspace is not a service but a community effort. By sharing ideas, materials, time, and energy, we create a colorful and engaging program by families for families.

Our goal is to create an environment where learning, creativity, and community naturally complement each other.

In addition to freely accessible areas, there are also workshops and digital and analog hands-on activities:

  • A hack center where children and young people can play, game, and hack together in a LAN party atmosphere.
  • A separate room for workshops, lectures, and other activities. Activity tables for painting, crafting, and creative building
  • A reading and quiet corner to retreat and relax
  • A nursing and quiet area for the little ones
  • Bobby Cars and movement elements
  • A large ball pit, Duplo, and giant building blocks

And many more opportunities to try things out, discover, and network with other families.

⚠️ Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. Kidspace does not offer organized or professional childcare.
