UPDATE: I add the slides as a link here in this event. Thanks everyone for contributing to the great discussion!
A free discussion about behavioural change and its methods (Cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing etc.), the power of habits and how to change them.
I'd also like to discuss how healthy lifestyle changes can prevent diabetes type 2 and other chronic diseases.
We'll continue the discussion tomorrow (December 30). The slides will also follow on that day (December 30).
P.S. The introduction to CFAR content will happen at the LessWrong Rationality Workshop :)
