I will show you how to make Kefir with Kefir grains and soymilk. I will explain what Kefir is and what else you can do with it. I can tell you about my experiences with vegan Kefir. But you can also use animal milk if you want. You can taste a little bit of soy Kefir and I will bring some grains if someone of you wants to have one to make your own Kefir at home. For that case, please bring a little glas you can close properly, to put the grain in. (Donation is welcome :-) )
