CADUS - Reboot Solidarity
CADUS – Reboot Solidarity
From broken system to collective repair.
Assembly in Hall H
CADUS is a humanitarian aid organization based in Berlin that works at the intersection of medicine, technology, education, and solidarity. Under the motto “Reboot Solidarity,” we are creating an interactive space at 39C3 where you can experience how humanitarian aid, medical practice, crisis resilience, and community action come together. The centerpiece of our assembly is a fully equipped Land Rover ambulance, which symbolizes our practical, solidarity-based approach and serves as a stage for exchange, learning, and experimentation.
We offer a diverse program of workshops and hands-on activities for everyone. These include water treatment and emergency technology, medical basics and improvised care, psychological first aid, solidarity-based crisis and disaster preparedness, “hacking menstruation,” digital and analog training simulations (“Hack the Training”), and activities for children. (The latest program is available on site.)
Our goal: rethinking humanitarian aid—medically, technically, accessibly, participatively, and in solidarity.
Come by, try things out, share your knowledge, and help us to continue this process of global solidarity.
Reboot Solidarity. Reboot Humanity. Join us in Hall H.
