Carry you carry me / Leute Tragen
Ein Crashkurs, in dem wir praktisch ausprobieren, wie man am Besten eine Person trägt, die nicht mehr selbst mobil ist. Ob verletzt, bewusstlos oder einfach nur betrunken - es schadet nie zu wissen, wie man in brenzligen Situationen nicht nur Verantwortung, sondern auch einen Körper trägt.
Piggyback is obvious, but what if the person you have to carry is unconscious? Or cannot move their arm? What should you pay attention to when carrying a person with two people? Or if the person also needs medical attention at the same time? How can items such as a triangular bandage, table, or backpack be used? How can you protect your own back while carrying? With a little technique and the right moves, you can even carry persons that were heavier than you - we'll try everything out.
