Meetling is a web app for collaboratively preparing meetings. Draft an agenda together, let everyone propose and edit agenda items. Simple and no registration required.
There is a Meetling server for the 32c3 and you can give it a try at 32c3.meetling.org.
Meetling is free and open-source licensed under the GPL. Get the code at github.com/NoyaInRain/meetling.
