past congress review We were close to Noisysquare in recent years. That's OK, but would probably be nicer to move closer to the teahouse (LaQuadratureDuNet), especially given that half the people now come from France.

Meeting place for people hacking on future secure privacy enhancing networks. Free software required. Topics include: routing, cryptography, messaging, payment, and politics. Projects in the area are Briar, Ethereum, Freenet, GNUnet, I2P, IPFS, net2o, Taler, Tor, etc.
