On baking without beasts

Based on the number of participants, their abilities, experiences and preferences, I plan to present and execute some caking and baking recipes suitable for vegans, lactose-free, gluten-free, ovo-free and other frees. This might include:

  • Poppy seed and millet cake (dessert/snack, vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free)
  • various nut creams (vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free)
  • Mouf Moufs (vegetarian/vegan, lactose-free, nut-free)
  • Pernik (vegetarian/vegan, lactose-free)
  • Anindofu (vegetarian, contains kasein, so still lactose-free, but may be dangerous for other forms of milk intolerance, gluten-free)
  • These are NOT chocolate chip cookies (vegetarian/vegan, lactose-free)
  • Gorgeous caramelized bananas (vegetarian/vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free)
