When will the Camp take place?

August 10, 2011 to August 14, 2011.

The opening event will be 11:00 CEST on August 10, 2011.

How do I get there and away?

Is it ok to arrive early or stay longer?

Yes, if you want to help in building up or tearing down the camp, you are very welcome. Just find a way to participate.

And please use this form to add information about your arrival and departure dates on your user page. We need this information to know how much helping hands to expect and how much food to provide.

Will there be showers and food when I arrive early / stay late?

Arrival - earliest August 3, 2011

• Set-up begins in the morning of Aug 4.
• You can arrive earliest during Wed, Aug 3 to set up your tent and make yourself comfortable at the camp site. There will be some people to welcome you, a few toilets and showers, and perhaps a communal dinner and drinks in the evening.

Departure - latest August 19, 2011

• Tear-Down ends when it ends - we plan for the evening of Thu, Aug 18 with Aug 19 as buffer for unforeseen problems.
• You will for ever be our hero if you decide to stay to help with the tear-down!
• You can stay until Fri, Aug 19 for sure. If you nicely ask the people of the Luftfahrtmuseum you can probably stay for the weekend as well but we can't guarantee that.
