Biography
Ralf Bendrath, 35, is co-founder of the German-Austrian ≥Research Group Information Society and Security Policy„ (www.fogis.de). He currently works on internet regulation and privacy in a reseach project at the University of Bremen and is an editor for www.worldsummit2003.org. He lives in Bremen and Berlin.
