Ausgleichssport! Nicht nur für Beine und Finger, sondern auch für den Rest. Bitte kommt idealerweise in bequemen Klamotten / Sportkleidung. Bring eine (Yoga-)Matte mit, wenn du eine hast :) Trainingsplan: Erwärmung mit witzigen und anstregenden Animal-Walks, danach gibt's ne Einführung in grundlegende Partner-Akrobatik-Tricks. Aufeinander stehen, fliegen und Muskeln benutzen, von denen du nicht wusstest, dass du sie hast. ;-) Keine Vorkenntnisse erforderlich, Kindertauglich, Partner~in findet sich vor Ort. Keine Anmeldung erforderlich, einfach vorbeikommen. Wenn voll, dann fertsch. -- balancing sports, not just for legs and finger, but the whole body! Please come in comfy clothes and bring a matress (if available) Plan: funny, but effective animal-walks as warm-up basic acrobatic tricks with a partner, standing on each other, flying, using muscles you were anaware of belonging them no pre-reques, kids-friendly, partners can be found instantly no registration needed, just be punctual at the assambly.
