ROC - Radio Operations Centre
For some parts of the congress operation it is necessary to use handheld radios to communicate. But the number of available radios is limited.
The ROC is Responsible for maintaining the radios and handing them out to angels. The ROC-Helpdesk helps heaven with handing the radios out and getting them back from angels returning from their shifts.
