Open-sourcing Internet Voting in Geneva

Description In December 2016, the Geneva local government decided to publish the source code of part of the internet voting software used in Switzerland. There has been an involvement of the local communities, open-source associations, Pirate Party, and other hackers. This talk presents the key steps that allowed the local government to change its approach.
