Planning notes We where thinking of the space next to the NOC Helpdesk, where the rings used to be. (Some of the same people involved)

Generally we'd like a place that is well accessible ('public') but spacious enough that people can stand around/operators can move. ('not too cuddly')

past congress review HOC happend in the NDR Studio/Alte Regie at 32C3, which was definitely to remote. But it only got really serious at GPN, so can't really speak of past congress experience.

After GPN, VOC requested us to move out of their HQ. At MRMCD we where in a dark corner of the Hackcenter, which was bad for both working and poeple finding us.

With a mirror table, various equipment (including color) and creativity we do things with people's hair. (if consent, oc.)

(of course for free, donations for equipment are welcome)
