Location for self-organized sessions | no |
Self-organized session notes | It is a bit difficult for us to plan a session. Simply because this is really a harsh and time consuming job (do NOT let any uppity antivirus or security vendor guy tell you otherwise). Most of us will come "straight from the field". We might play a tiny violin in addition to slow-rap lamenting the decline of the internet as a platform for human progress and collaboration towards a better future.
However, if someone needs a spy stabbed (hard) just send them over. |

The internet. It is a tough job to keep it safe, and and even tougher job to find people who'll keep it that way. Working in shifts, working overtime, listening to an ever growing volume of complaints per minute, we fight crime, spies and the assorted riff-raff. While others feel threatened by people who use "the wrong linux" our opponents are criminals who own enough cocain to provide snow for the winter olympics even if it would take place in the sahara as well as the neverending supply of smelly minions herded the likes of mr. clapper (and everyone else who hates freedom -unless it is their own, of course).
This assembly is for for CERT, CSIRTs and like-minded organisations. It provides a way to discuss projects furthering the freedom of the internet and not have it digress into a pile of ads, fridges fighting light-bulbs fighting microwaves.
