Wir werden öfters spielen, stets vor dem Eingang des CCH. Die Dauer ist abhängig von der Ausdauer der Teilnehmer :).

Wir wollen Flunkyball mit euch spielen. "Wir", das sind Mitgliederdes Flunkyballteams der Uni Paderborn, welches seit der Gründung im Oktober 2013 mindestens wöchentlich spielt. Alle Geschlechter sind willkommen, aber in der Beschreibung verzichte ich auf den Gender-Blödsinn.
Es spielen 2 Teams, die einander in Reihe gegenüber stehen. Jeder Spieler hat ein Getränk vor sich auf dem Boden stehen, idR Bier. In der Mitte steht die "Center", eine PET-Flasche. Der rechteste Spieler (es geht nicht um die Gesinnung ^^) von Team 1 beginnt, den Ball gegen die Center zu werfen. Es folgt der rechteste Spieler von Team 2, dann der zweitrechteste von Team 1 etc..
Fällt die Center durch einen Treffer um, muss das nicht-werfende Team die Flasche aufstellen. Ist das geschehen (Details weiter unten in Regel 1), wird "Stop" gerufen und das werfende Team stellt das Trinken ein.
Um Diskussionen zu vermeiden, haben wir ein Regelwerk erarbeitet. Hier die wichtigsten Regeln:
1. Getrunken werden darf, bis die Flasche aufgestellt ist und der Ball und alle Gegenspieler hinter ihrer eigenen Linie sind.
2. Es darf geworfen werden, wenn alle Getränke des Gegners auf dem Boden stehen.
3. Ein Spieler kann "abgeben", nachdem das eigene Team geworfen hat (getroffen oder nicht).
4. Erfolgreich abgeben heißt, dass der Spieler seine Flasche auf den Kopf dreht und bis zur Center-Linie gehend, wobei nicht mehr als 3 Tropfen herausfließen ("Wer Bier verschenkt wird aufgehängt" :)).
5. Wird etwas verschwendet (z.B. Regel 4 oder überschäumendes Bier) gibt es ein "Strafbier", das bestrafte Team muss ein zusätzliches Getränk leeren (muss kein Bier sein).
6. Ein Strafbier ist eine Teamstrafe. Jeder Spieler, der "abgegeben" hat, kann mit dem Strafbier wieder einsteigen (angefangene Biere dürfen nicht weitergegeben werden).

Aber keine Sorge - es geht um Spaß! Bei Neulingen achten wir nicht allzu hart auf die Einhaltung der Regeln. Bringt nach Möglichkeit eigene Getränke mit (optimal: Bier in 0.33 Steini-Flaschen) - Wir versuchen aber, Bier (z.B. Astra oder Herforder) zum Selbstkostenpreis anbieten zu können (50 Cent/Flasche).

We want to play Flunkyball with you. Every gender is welcome, even though the description uses the masculine form.
"We" are members of the Flunkyball Team of the University of Paderborn, which was founded in October 2013 and is meeting at least weekly ever since. The Game is played by two teams, which are standing in lines facing each other. Everyone has a drink in front of him, usually a bottle of beer. There is a PET bottle, the so called "center", in the middle between the teams. The rightmost member of team 1 starts by throwing a ball towards the center. The rightmost member of team 2 continues followed by the second rightmost member of team 1 and so on. When the center topples over (due to a hit), the not-throwing team has to put the bottle up again and the throwing team is allowed to drink.
We have a set of rules to avoid nasty discussions during the game:
1. The hitting team is allowed to drink until the other team has put up the bottle and the ball is behind the other team's line and all members of the other team are behind their line as well.
2. Someone is allowed to throw the ball when all drinks of the other team are standing on the ground.
3. A player can finish his drink when his team has thrown the ball (not depending on hit or no hit).
4. A player finishes successfully if he can turn around the drink and walk over the line of the center without loosing more than 3 drops from his bottle. (we hate wasting drinks :) ).
5. Whenever drinks are wasted (eg. rule 4 or the beer foams over) there will be a "Strafbier", the team has to empty an additional drink (may be any beverage).
6. A "Strafbier" is a team penalty. Any member of the team which has finished may return to the game to drink the "Strafbier". Drinks may not be transferred

Don't worry. It's about fun, so we won't enforce the rules by hard for newbies. Please try to bring own drinks (a 0.33 beer in a Steini bottle is best). We will try to bring beer (e.g. Herforder, Astra) ourselves and sell them at cost price (50 cent/bottle).
