Noc Help Desk
The Noc Help Desk is located in the Hackcenter next to the elevator and has a split personality in the C-Level next to the POC.
In case of any network emergency, network outage or question, contact the NOC Help Desk! The help desk geeks have the tools and knowledge to help you with everything network-related, and they act as the one and only proxy to the NOC, so they are the first who know what is going on if there is any trouble.

Server Colocation
The NOC Helpdesk on level A (downstairs) will gladly host your server. There are copper Gbit (1000BASE-T) slots available. Bring relatively long cables but no more than say 10m, please.
IPs for the colocation will be available at the Helpdesk in the Hackcenter.

Volunteers
For initial information useful to helping at the helpdesk, please attend the first angel meeting on site, as afterwards there will be a Helpdesk Angel meeting. Alternatively contact wintix if you have any questions beforehand.
