We've listed our Village (Village:BigWhoop) quite some time ago, and left coordinates at 0,0 in order to get placed. Now the main page reads "The deadline to get an assigned space for your village is gone: If you register a Village now, you have to find a space yourself. We can not guarantee for any space left, sorry." - can we assume we've been placed? We're a bit irritated if we should claim some space by entering coordinates.

What's the meaning of the numbers in the “Location” entry of each village section (like 150.73071, 107.75537)?
