There is also an IRC-Channel #camp at hackint (irc://irc.hackint.org/#camp You won't get any official information there, but you can get in contact with a lot people participating the camp. Most of them will be able to answer main questions as well, as there are quite a lot people involved in setting up and running the camp. Be one of us!
