Ingredients
Ingredients for 20 litres of Soup:
0) Sour Rye Flour ( 3l)
1) Two large sour cream 18%
2) 2 kg of potatoes,
3) 60 Eggs,
4) Dried Chives,
5) Water,
6) Sausage 1kg
7) Aromas (beef, vegetables)
8) Salt, Pepper
Serving
The soup is served with potatoes and boiled eggs, usually with a slice of bread.
Equipment needed
1. Two 10 litre pots,
2. 2 litre pot, for the purpose of mixing the ingredients,
3. A large wooden spoon,
4. Colander,
5. mixer,
6. knives and cutting board
