This workshop is meant not only for vegans, semi-vegans and vegan-fans, but for all who wish to learn about how new modes of life influence our diets and how we can take action by consciously transforming our eating habits. I will present one of these modern world-conscious vegan diets known as THRIVE and introduce some THRIVE foods.
