WebID (a.k.a foaf+ssl) uses TLS client certificates to authenticate people in one click into the the growing Linked Data social Web. WebID requires Certificate Authorities and DNS currently. But we can bypass both using something like httpk. Let TLS/SSL, Social Web (of the distributed kind), distributed hash experts and others meet to work this out more clearly and see if we can build this.
When do you think is a good time to get together? Write your name down here and send me an e-mail, or bblfish and let's ping each other and organise one or more times and places.
