1. How can we arrange to meet next speaker 15 minutes before next session when that's when we are doing our countdown for end of session and/or introducing questions?

surely we should be meeting our speakers 30 minutes before start of next session

2. could we have a speaker meet your herald and herald-flow and video and audio session in the morning say 10am on the day of their session.

3. could announcements also be copied to the mailing list instead of just on himmel
