NOC-Helpdesk
The NOC-Helpdesk is for questions regarding the network, like "what's wrong now?!?", to get peg-dhcp, to report outages, and whatever else you can find regarding the network. (No rants please ;))
Volunteers
If you want to volunteer for NOC-Helpdesk, you are very much welcome. Qualifications aren't hard, you just should know what a network is, how it works and so on. The hard work like planning and configuring everything is done by the NOC, so you don't need to be an expert.
