hey there.
my wife is missing her sunglasses. she put them on one chair while preparing and teaching. now they are gone. we were already back at the foodhacking tent but we did not found them. if anyone of you maybe have some hints, put the sunglasses elsewhere or accidently put in your bag please come to the c-base village and contact rasda or vjam.

Ingredients
two bunches of water spinach (id: kangkung)
5 chayote (id: labu siam)
2 bunches Kacang Panjang (Vigna sinensis)
soybean sprouts
cucumber
white cabbage
potatoes
eggs
lime leaves
lime
red chili
red small chili
palm sugar
peanut butter
shallot
garlic
kecap manis (Indonesian sweet soy sauce)
salt
Preparation
Vegetables, Eggs & Potatoes
Wash all vegetables
cut Kacang Panjang & Kankung (3 cm length)
Cut chayote in cubes (1-1,5 cm)
Cut white cabbage (3cm)
Put the above-mentioned vegetables in the steamer and let it steam
Slice cucumber (3 cm long)
Boil eggs, cut in 6 slices
Boil potatoes, cut in cubes
Place all vegetables, eggs and potatoes in a big bowl
Peanut-Chili Sauce
Cut chili, shallot and garlic
Fry chili, shallot, garlic & lime leaves with 1 spoon of oil for about 3 minutes
Take chili, shallot, garlic & lime leaves out of the pan
Put peaanut butter in a bowl along with the fried lime leaves
Ground chili, shallot, garlic and salt into paste using mortar and pestle
Put the paste in the bowl
Ground brown palm sugar with a litte water
Put it in the bowl
Add lime juice to the bowl
Stir the mixture well
Add kecap manis. Stir
Add more salt or lime juice if needed. Stir
Serving
Gado-gado can be eaaten alone as salad or served with rice cooked in the rice cooker
