Hey!

Freifunk is an effort to build decentralized mesh networks with common wlan routers. The aim is to offer/share Internet on a big area (e.g. a town) and to build up a network of the people.

We sit in the eth0 tent and flash routers with OpenWRT routing software/algorithms (e.g. batman-adv) to experiment with Freifunk configurations.
