Fujitsu Siemens Primergy R200 Server (Quad Xeon), 16GB RAM, 15× 150GB U320-SCSI disks with high performance RAID-Controller.

Used to be the fileserver at LMU Munich Factulty of Physics, now providing members of fpletzvillage with a place to share their stuff on. Provides:

  • CIFS, NFS, FTP and HTTP
  • BitTorrent tracker (accessible from CCCamp network only)
  • BitTorrent seeder (seeds to CCCamp network only)
  • SSH

Important Update

The NOC informed me, that they will only accept server colocation services for really, reallly important, production relevant services, since they are running into severe power and space constraints. I'll ask them tomorrow again, if there's space and power for the server. As this thing consumes about 300W I want to play nice there. --Datenwolf 21:23, 10 August 2011 (CEST)
