We are providing subtitles for the video recordings of the VOC for those who are hard of hearing or deaf and non-native speakers. The subtitles are created by transcription software and corrected by hand. This correction is necessary due to different accents, domain specific vocabulary and non-native speakers. Afterwards, the subtitles are timed to the video, also automated by software and corrected by hand. Using this workflow, we can provide subtitles true to the spoken word and at the right time in the video.
