Ticket Redemption
You can redeem your ticket for your wristband at the 36C3 entrance. Opening times:
- 2019-12-26 (Day 0): Late afternoon – midnight
- 2019-12-27 (Day 1): 08:00 – 24:00
- 2019-12-28 (Day 2): 09:00 – 22:00
- 2019-12-29 (Day 3): 10:00 – 22:00
- 2019-12-30 (Day 4): 10:00 – ?
At peak times, the queue can be pretty long. Please note that you don't need your wristband on Day 0 to gain entrance to the venue yet. Once you're in the queue, please be cooperative, enjoy the time with your fellow hackers, and make sure to have your ticket ready once you get near the front. The queue moves faster than it might seem to you, please be prepared. You can also check the historical queue length.

We will NOT sell ANY of the tickets at the Leipziger Exhibition Grounds. All tickets will be sold during presale. If you buy tickets from someone other than the official shop, please beware of ticket fraud and only buy from people you trust and do not pay higher prices than the original ticket price. We do not support ticket transfers this year – only buy tickets from people you trust. |

Further information
Children under 12 in attendance of an adult get in for free. A single person officially accompanying a disabled person gets in for free. All of the tickets above include a public transport ticket for all means of transportation provided by MDV within the city of Leipzig (Zone 110), valid from 2019-12-27 until 2019-12-31 04:00 (not valid on tourist lines).

How to buy Tickets
Tickets can be bought using a voucher in the first phase of the presale, or during one of our three open presale dates. Tickets can only be bought on tickets.events.ccc.de. Please look here for further information. The open presale dates are

About the Tickets
Supporter Tickets
Hosting the 36C3 in Leipzig will cost a lot of money. If you feel you can afford it, and if you feel that Congress might be worth it, and you want to help us make Congress even more awesome, please consider buying a supporter ticket. Which one you choose, if any, depends on you.
Business Tickets
If you or your employer want to support our event, please consider buying one of these tickets.
Up-and-coming
We are eager to support the young generation, so we offer heavily subsidized tickets for everybody up to the age of 18 (i.e. if you are 17 or younger on Dec 26th, you are eligible for an Up-and-coming ticket). Please bring a (sufficiently convincing fake of a) document stating your age.
Deadline
All orders in the on-line ticket sale need to be paid within their payment term. If you know in advance that a SEPA transfer will not make it in time, pay via credit card and/or contact the presale support team.
