The annual meeting for new and seasoned Stagesupporter and Stagemanagers. Do drop by on day0, if you like to explore this field of being an angel at congress.
On Day0, we will do the full introduction and some shift distribution. if you are new, please come by on day0. On Day1, we will not give the full intrduction, but basically do a quick refresher and distribute the remaining shifts.
Stage supporters and stage managers are the invisible hands behind a talk, that make sure that everything happens on cue, is punctual and safe for everyone. They assist and communicate between all of the teams in the lecture halls, to guarantee a smooth and entertaining program on stage.
