For some parts of the congress operation it is necessary to use handheld radios to communicate. But the number of available radios is limited.
The ROC is responsible for maintaining the radios and handing them out to angels. Please do not bring own radios on the congress network without authorisation from the ROC team. All other Radio Communication, that is not HAM radio, PMR or ISM related, you will need a permit from German BNetzA, you also not allowed transmit Broadcast (TV, radio) signals without these permits.
The ROC-Helpdesk helps heaven with handing the radios out and getting them back from angels returning from their shifts. You can also exchange your radios battery there.
