Day [ -12 , -11 ] Preparation weekend

• Setting up server
  • Install ProxMox or ESXi
  • request IPv4 management IP
  • Setting up some kind of call home / DDNS / ...
• Testing network setup
  • Config router & AP
  • Connect IoT things
  • Setting up the VOIP phone?
• Install the double gameboys (RetroPi)

Day [ -1 , 0 ] Building up the assembly

• If it's not labeled, label it first!!
• Building up the dome
• Treating the fabric with fire repellent spray
• Building up the tents (above the tables)
• Install all the (black)lights, LEDs, Xmas lights, ...
• Run power to the lights and tables
• Set up the network
  • UTP cables
  • Switches
  • Router & AP for all the IoT devices.

Day [ 1 , 4 ] Enjoy congress!

Day [ 4 ] Tear down

• We MUST retrieve the the Server from YoloColo BEFORE 2019-12-30 16:00 CET
• 18:00 CET: Tear down the assembly
  • Sort everything by hackerspace/(nick)name
