Want to save the world and eat delicious food? We are a bunch of activists who are working on reducing food waste by setting up collections and distributions of leftover food. Our community is growing fast and we are struggling with catching up with this development and its challenges, so we are looking forward to meeting like-minded people. The technologies behind our main website are PHP (Symphony 4), JavaScript (Webpack, Vue.js), CSS (Bootstrap), MariaDB, RESTful APIs, Git, Docker Compose development environment, Codeception for Unit-, API-, and Acceptance testing (with Selenium), GitLab CI for tests and automatic deployment (with php deployer).
