Who we are
We are a coalition of activists, local initiatives, tech workers and artists who want to mobilize against Amazon and the so-called Amazon Tower.

Why we organize
Silicon Valley is the byproduct of unfettered tech-urbanism: skyrocketing gentrification, increasing homelessness, surveillance and income inequality. When Amazon comes to Friedrichshain, the existing precarious situation is intensified. We want to prevent that!

Who we support
We work in solidarity with existing movements that promote social justice, workers' rights, sustainability, and against repression and gentrification.

Wer wir sind
Wir sind ein Zusammenschluss aus Aktivist:innen, lokalen Initiativen, Tech-Arbeiter:innen und Künstler:innen, die gemeinsam gegen Amazon und insbesondere gegen den sog. Amazon Tower mobilisieren wollen.

Warum wir uns organisieren
In Silicon Valley zeigen sich die drastischen Folgen des ungehinderten Tech-Urbanismus: explodierende Mietpreise, steigende Obdachlosigkeit, wachsende Einkommensschere. Wenn Amazon nach Friedrichshain kommt droht sich die bereits angespannte Lage um ein Vielfaches zu verschärfen. Das wollen wir verhindern.

Wen wir unterstützen
Wir arbeiten solidarisch mit bestehenden Bewegungen, die sich für soziale Gerechtigkeit, Arbeiter:innenrechte, Nachhaltigkeit und gegen Verdrängung und Gentrifizierung einsetzen.
