The former Bitcoin-Assembly is now called "402 Payment Required" to remind that there is still an open-source & decentralized money(system) missing in the internet specs - even after more then 25 years the HTTP error code 402 is still "reserved for future use". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_HTTP_status_codes#4xx_Client_errors

Our members like to experiment in area of digital payments with the 2nd layer protocol on Bitcoin called "Lightning". If you are interested in Bitcoin or Lightning feel free to join our assembly or give us a visit. Also all other payment/cryptocurrency related topics are welcome and we have a session area to hang out and share - but please leave your ICOs pitches at home.
