We operate with the concepts of disruption, infiltration, vulnerability, exploitation, adaptation and conflict on the daily basis, however, we do so intellectually...
What happens when we let them enter into our bodies? What if we go through various exercises where we can experience each of those concepts in a controlled practice session, where we gradually explore their interactive mechanics, using our bodies as the tools.
Based on Systema martial arts (which is the first reverse-engineered martial art itself), dance practice, Noguchi Taiso gymnastics, Polysingularity and various other cognitive frameworks this 2-hour session will give you an introduction to ∞OS bodymind operating system. You will see how to encode new in/formation into the bodymind hardware and to then develop special reflexes, which can be applied not only in the physical realm but also in everyday life, work, and many other contexts.
