Cloakroom

The cloakroom aka WAV (Wadrobe Administration Volunteers) can store your jackets and/or luggage during the congress for a small fee.

Important

Don't lose your reciet (Make a photo or at least write down the barcode number (13 Digits)). We can't hand out items without the 13 digit number!

We cannot assume liability for your stuff deposited in the cloakroom! If you prefer real lockers you can find them at the nearby train station ("Dammtor").

Ground floor, Foyer 4 (go right at the end of the cashdesks)

Opening Times

We try to operate 24/7 during the congress, beginning at 10:00 on Dec 27th, closing at around 22:00 on Dec 31st.

Helping

The cloakroom is run totally by Volunteers. If you want to help out, just fetch a shift at the shift system and arrive in time.

If it is your first shift at the cloakroom, you might want to arrive 10 minutes early, so the previous shift can explain everything to you.
