Empowerment and Integration of Newcomers

Description	In this workshop I would like to understand how people view or understand Integration. • Steps to take while integrating into a society. • Challenges of integration for the Newcomers; how can we get integrated in to the community when the locals are gated? • What can we collectively do to be an ambassador for change and create network between the two groups? • Without interacting with the system and its community, interms of working, education, how can one integrate? • How to create Communication and Information sharing between the two groups for better understanding and breaking silence The workshop is held by Fatuma Musa Afrah.
