Would it be possible to accelerate the capsules by a induction coil which is triggered by a sensors and powered via a rather strong capacitor. Putting a couple of this behind each other could be used for a a special long distance silcroad going rather straight on a special track. Having a capsule with >10 m/s would require this tube to have the typical water drainage holes in order to reduce the effect of air pressure caused by going really fast. Joule of a capsule

according to E = m*v2 it should be possible to calculate the joules a capsule has when going at a certain speed. Anyone able to do so?
