Smrender is the ultimate extensible data analysis and processing engine for OSM data with unique rendering features for printable sea charts. Smrender can analyze and modify OSM data in many ways and you can even write your own third-party modules in C to implement new and personal features. Smrender also has special and unique capabilities to create printable charts. Although developed primarily for sea charts, it can be used for any other chart project as well.
