This is the SMS-Chat-Roulette project first featured at CCCamp 2015. It allows you to chat to random strangers via the Congress GSM network. Just send an SMS to RLTT (7588) and you will be matched to someone. From then on, the two of you can send each other SMS relayed via the RLTT number.
SMS-Chat-Roulette is a project by nerdinand. It features an SMS gateway app for Android (https://github.com/nerdinand/SMSGateway) and an application server written in Ruby (https://github.com/nerdinand/sms-chat-roulette).
