The Inventaire project aim to walk the path toward a world where we access information on resources/products through libre software aggregating open data, and inventaire.io is a first step in this direction: it's a web application that let you do the inventory of your books, and for each, set a transaction mode (available for giving, sharing, or selling) and visibility mode (private, visible by friends an groups, or public). The code is public and licensed AGPL3, and as much data as possible comes from the awesome Wikidata project (also at the CCC)
