Description	A small gathering place for people connected in past congresses and camps. Also the meeting place for developers of https://volunteer-planner.org (its used at about 22 shelters for refugees in Germany to coordinate their volunteers and used by thousands of volunteers to sign up for shifts).

Assembly specification	want quiet place, want sit in background, want taking pictures banned
Planning notes	standard power, network 1GBit connection if possible. A place in the back of a quieter area is ok. If 10 seats are not fitting in, we can reduce to a minimum of 7.
past congress review	Visits to the congress since 18C3, but this is the first time as an assembly. Therefore no dedicated feedback.
