Excited about Mailpile? We are! Mailpile is coming together as an easy to use and powerful privacy-preserving e-mail client. It's still a little way away from the first public alpha, but we're nevertheless going to host an open workshop where we'll show you Mailpile's internals and its plugin architecture, and help you get through the first steps of making your own Mailpile plugins.
At least rudimentary knowledge of Python is required, but if you want results it's best to know Python well and be comfortable with HTML and Javascript as well.
We'll look at the Mailpile internals, how the software is organized, look at the various plugin hooks that are available, deconstruct a real plugin and generally get our hands really really dirty.
