Indymedia - Independent Media Center (IMC)
Indymedia would again like to take part in the CCC Congress. Activists from several collectives will be around (at, ch, de, linksunten, galiza).
- We want to write and publish on 27C3 at multiple IMC Sites (at.indymedia.org, ch.indymedia.org, de.indymedia.org, linksunten.indymedia.org) and be a contact/meeting point for others who want to write/publish.
- Discuss and plan the CMS development. We are looking for developers/architects (PHP, Python, Java, Ruby, ...). Old Wiki
- Contact/meeting point for people doing Indymedia tech work. We are also always looking for hosting (outside of EU) and can offer ours in return.
- Contact/meeting point for alternative mail, hosting and service providers (radical tech collectives) committed to social change.
We will need 4 Tables, 14 seats. It'd be great if we could stay in the basement or the second floor.
Around 10 IMC activists from various german cities and different other countries will come to the congress and report about the congress to their local IMC collectives. Various people will always stay at the table.
