We are playing music and like to party, We like to be placed on a central location where many people are crossing, We would like to have trees on our village area, We would prefer a spot near the water

One party tent for activities 4 by 6 = 24 m2 inside of tent
but the lines need more space (1 meter distance from tent on each side)
Also for sleeping there will be 3 tents. One 6.30m x 2.30m and two smaller tents.
This means an 6 by 8 = 48 m2 footprint for the main tent and 22 m2 for the sleeping tents for a total of 70 m2
We are making a cocktail bar (incl palmtree) inside our tent.
We are not geraffel but puting us next to the family village is NOT a good idea.
