"Writing a webserver is certainly educational. But how hard is it?". That's what i thought about 10 years ago when i started.
"Should be done in a month", i said. Nope, i'm still at it, a decade later. It runs a few sites, some of them production critical.
And, contrary to expectations (and experience with other projects), it's getting more fun the longer i work on it.
